Volcano Electric BLDC Motor – 12V 370W 1700RPM, this brushless DC motor operates at 12V with a rated power of 370W and a rated speed of 1700RPM under continuous duty. It features IP54 protection, is equipped with Hall sensors, delivers a rated torque of 2.08 N·m, and runs at approximately 80% efficacité. The motor weighs 15 kg.
Designed for electric vehicle applications, this model is commonly used in small electric forklifts. It uses a B14 flange mounting configuration. EV motors are widely used across electric forklifts, lifting platforms, and various types of green vehicles. Most EV motors are brushless and built with a rotor, axle, and permanent magnets, powered by DC current or batteries.
The quality of the magnet plays a crucial role in determining the motor’s efficiency. Using magnets of the wrong grade or size can significantly reduce performance. Chez Volcan Électrique, we manufacture our own magnets—a capability we’ve had since 2004. With full control over magnet production, we ensure stable, high-quality output across all of our motor products.
Our product line mainly focuses on 48V systems, with power outputs ranging from 160W to 4500W and speeds from 1000RPM to 6000RPM. The lineup continues to expand as we keep investing in new models and applications.
