Features
The nested design of the stator and rotor in internal rotor motors ensures high mechanical strength, enabling them to withstand greater torque and power loads. The power range covers 0.12kW–22kW (compared to ≤7.5kW for external rotor fans), making them suitable for heavy-duty ventilation scenarios requiring high air pressure and large air volume (e.g., large industrial workshops, tunnel ventilation).
The impeller is separated from the motor, allowing for independent selection of impeller type (axial, centrifugal, mixed-flow), material (metal, engineering plastic, anti-corrosion coating), and size based on specific needs. For example, stainless steel impellers can be used in highly corrosive environments, and airfoil-shaped silent impellers for low-noise requirements, adapting to more complex scenarios.
The motor adopts an independent heat dissipation design (e.g., heat sinks + cooling fans), separated from the air flow channel. This prevents dust, moisture, and corrosive gases transported by the impeller from directly contacting the motor, reducing the risk of motor failure. It is particularly suitable for scenarios involving the transportation of dusty, oil-misted, or high-temperature gases (e.g., boiler exhaust, mine ventilation).

- توان خروجی (دبلیو): اسب بخار/وات/گشتاور با سرعت بار کامل
- ولتاژ (V): یعنی 12 ولت DC …….. 450V AC
- سرعت موتور (دور در دقیقه): چرخش در دقیقه شفت در ولتاژ بار کامل
- برنامه: به عنوان مثال. کشش, تهویه هوا, و غیره.
- وظیفه: اکثر موتورها دارای رتبه پیوسته هستند. اما برخی از برنامه ها ممکن است از موتورهایی استفاده کنند که برای کار متناوب طراحی شده اند
