EC Internal Rotor Fans are a classic and mainstream type of EC fan, characterized by their motor rotor located inside the stator, connected to an independent impeller via a drive shaft. They combine the energy-saving advantages of EC technology with the stability of traditional internal rotor structures, making them a core ventilation solution for high-power, high-air-pressure, and large-scale application scenarios.
Structure
An EC internal rotor fan is an integration of electronically commutated (EC) technology and a traditional internal rotor motor structure. Its key difference from external rotor fans lies in the connection method between the motor and impeller: Consists of a “permanent magnet synchronous internal rotor motor” + “independent impeller” + “drive shaft/coupling” + “EC control unit (ECU)”. The motor stator is fixed to the base, the rotor is nested inside the stator, and the external impeller is driven to rotate via a drive shaft.
Compared to traditional internal rotor AC fans, its core upgrades include “permanent magnet motor + electronic commutation + intelligent control”. It retains the traditional internal rotor structure’s advantages of “stable transmission and strong power-carrying capacity” while solving the low energy efficiency and inability to adjust speed of conventional AC fans.

- سرعت موتور (دور در دقیقه): چرخش در دقیقه شفت در ولتاژ بار کامل
- برنامه: به عنوان مثال. کشش, تهویه هوا, و غیره.
- وظیفه: اکثر موتورها دارای رتبه پیوسته هستند. اما برخی از برنامه ها ممکن است از موتورهایی استفاده کنند که برای کار متناوب طراحی شده اند
