EC External Rotor Fans are a core subcategory of EC fans, distinguished by the direct integration of the motor rotor and fan impeller—eliminating the transmission structures required by traditional internal rotor fans. With key advantages including compact size, high energy efficiency, low noise, and stability, they have become the primary ventilation choice for space-constrained scenarios.
EC external rotor fans represent the seamless combination of electronically commutated (EC) technology and external rotor motor structures. Their key difference from traditional internal rotor fans lies in the connection between the motor and impeller:
- Traditional internal rotor fans: The motor rotor is enclosed within the stator, requiring transmission components such as couplings or belts to connect to the impeller. This not only causes energy loss during transmission but also occupies more installation space.
- EC external rotor fans: The motor stator is fixed to a central bracket, with the rotor (containing permanent magnets) directly surrounding the stator. The impeller is integrally designed with the rotor housing—when the rotor rotates, the impeller spins synchronously, eliminating the need for additional transmission parts and achieving a highly integrated “coaxial motor-impeller” structure.

- توان خروجی (دبلیو): اسب بخار/وات/گشتاور با سرعت بار کامل
- ولتاژ (V): یعنی 12 ولت DC …….. 450V AC
- سرعت موتور (دور در دقیقه): چرخش در دقیقه شفت در ولتاژ بار کامل
- برنامه: به عنوان مثال. کشش, تهویه هوا, و غیره.
- وظیفه: اکثر موتورها دارای رتبه پیوسته هستند. اما برخی از برنامه ها ممکن است از موتورهایی استفاده کنند که برای کار متناوب طراحی شده اند
- پیکربندی/قاب: محصولات ما مطابق با استاندارد IEC هستند, ما همچنین می توانیم فلنج و شفت را مطابق نقشه مشتری سفارشی کنیم
