EC outer rotor fan motors have many advantages compared to traditional AC fan motors：
Compact & Space-Saving
Direct integration of rotor and load reduces volume by 30%-50% and weight by 20%-30% compared to same-power internal rotor motors. Suitable for embedded installation (e.g., equipment interiors, narrow enclosures) with no need for transmission space.
High Energy Efficiency & Low Operating Costs
Motor efficiency reaches 85%-95%, meeting IE4-IE5 high-efficiency standards—saving 30%-60% more electricity than traditional AC motors. During variable-speed operation, energy consumption decreases linearly with load demand, eliminating “overcapacity waste.”
Stable Operation & Ultra-Low Noise
No friction noise from transmission parts. Coaxial rotation of rotor and load ensures high dynamic balance precision (usually ≤0.5g), with operating noise 3-8dB lower than internal rotor motors. Some models achieve noise levels below 50dB.
Flexible Speed Regulation & Strong Adaptability
Built-in EC control unit (ECU) supports 0-100% stepless speed regulation. Compatible with 0-10V/4-20mA analog control and RS485/MODBUS digital control, enabling integration with PLCs and IoT systems for diverse load requirements.

- سرعت موتور (دور در دقیقه): چرخش در دقیقه شفت در ولتاژ بار کامل
- برنامه: به عنوان مثال. کشش, تهویه هوا, و غیره.
- وظیفه: اکثر موتورها دارای رتبه پیوسته هستند. اما برخی از برنامه ها ممکن است از موتورهایی استفاده کنند که برای کار متناوب طراحی شده اند
