Integrated Transmission with Zero Energy Loss
By removing belts, couplings, and other transmission components, EC external rotor fans avoid the 10%-15% energy loss caused by transmission gaps and friction in traditional fans. The motor efficiency and fan aerodynamic efficiency are directly superimposed, making the overall efficiency 5%-8% higher than that of internal rotor EC fans of the same power. Some models achieve an overall efficiency of over 80%.
Compact Structure for Space Savings
The external rotor design enables high integration of the motor and impeller, reducing the volume by 30%-50% compared to internal rotor fans with the same air volume. For example, an axial fan with an air volume of 20,000 m³/h typically has a diameter of approximately 1200mm for internal rotor models, while external rotor models only require 800mm—making them ideal for narrow spaces such as ceilings, ducts, and equipment interiors.
Active Heat Dissipation for High-Load Operation
As the impeller rotates, it drives airflow directly over the motor rotor housing, creating an “active heat dissipation” effect. This avoids the poor heat dissipation issue of internal rotor motors (where the stator encloses the rotor). Even in high-temperature environments (40℃), the temperature rise of external rotor motors can be controlled within 40K (compared to over 60K for internal rotor motors), making them suitable for 24/7 high-load scenarios.
Photovoltaic
The high-voltage motor can be combined with the photovoltaic unit and storage battery through a unique High-voltage solar energizer which makes solar energy,battery power and grid power complement each other to supply power to multiple motors 24/7.

- برنامه: به عنوان مثال. کشش, تهویه هوا, و غیره.
