Recommend to take permanent magnet brushless DC motor to replace traditional induction motor for following applications:
1. Variable speed applications
2. High starting torque required
3. Low/high speed applications
4. Minimum motor size requirements
5. Custom speed, operation at any defined speed (AC motors have limited rated speeds: 2-pole – 3000 دور در دقیقه, 4-pole – 1500 rpm @ 50 هرتز, 2-pole – 3600 دور در دقیقه, 4-pole – 1800 rpm @ 60 هرتز).
6. Where grid voltage is unavailable.
Traditional induction motors have several disadvantages.
Speed control of induction motors is difficult.
At low loads, the power factor drops to very low values.
Efficiency decreases at low loads because the low power factor results in higher currents, which leads to higher copper losses.
Poor starting torque performance. Induction motors are known to have low starting torque. Therefore, they cannot be used for pulling or lifting loads. Slip-ring induction motors can generate good starting torque by adding resistance to the rotor windings.
With permanent magnet brushless DC motors, these shortcomings can be overcome in various applications, enabling high efficiency and low maintenance.

Application of these Permanent Magnet Brushless DC Motors
These motors are designed according to IEC standard frames. That can be used where the conventional induction motors are used. The Mounting B3/B5/B14 is corresponding to IEC standard. Thus it is easily replace the Conventional IEC motors, but with higher efficiency.

علاوه بر موتورهای استاندارد IEC, Volcano Electric می تواند موتور سفارشی شده و راه حل های جامعی را برای کل سیستم شما ارائه دهد, لطفا با تکنسین ما تماس بگیرید, معمولی, برای دریافت پروپوزال حرفه ای باید اطلاعات زیر را بدانیم:
- براش یا Brushless: ترجیح مشتری
- توان خروجی (دبلیو): اسب بخار/وات/گشتاور با سرعت بار کامل
- ولتاژ (V): یعنی 12 ولت DC …….. 450V AC
- سرعت موتور (دور در دقیقه): چرخش در دقیقه شفت در ولتاژ بار کامل
- برنامه: به عنوان مثال. کشش, تهویه هوا, و غیره.
- وظیفه: اکثر موتورها دارای رتبه پیوسته هستند. اما برخی از برنامه ها ممکن است از موتورهایی استفاده کنند که برای کار متناوب طراحی شده اند
- پیکربندی/قاب: محصولات ما مطابق با استاندارد IEC هستند, ما همچنین می توانیم فلنج و شفت را مطابق نقشه مشتری سفارشی کنیم
