The rotor is a moving component of an electromagnetic system in the electric motor, electric generator, or alternator. Its rotation is due to the interaction between the windings and magnetic fields which produces a torque around the rotor’s axis.
Ferrite magnetic rotors are commonly used in automotive components and industrial & household appliances due to their cost-effectiveness, stability, and ease of multi-pole magnetization. Automotive components: Sensors, micro-motors, water pump motors, power sliding door motors. Industrial and household appliances: Drainage pumps, spray pumps, fan motors, refrigeration compressors, magnetic separators
Our chief designer comes from Australia, who has experienced in designing motors over 32 سال. Regarding to this VOL-WSRS250, recommended to be designed for the applications like high power low speed running, optional neodymium type such as N42H, N38UH and so on.
Existing silicon steel moulds enable us designing motors with different performances.And automatic winding equipments & semi-automation winding equipments, allow us to optional to do batch winding and manual winding according to specific requirements, OEM and ODM both available here.

- براش یا Brushlessترجیح مشتری
- توان خروجی (دبلیو) اسب بخار/وات/گشتاور با سرعت بار کامل
- ولتاژ (V) یعنی 12 ولت DC …….. 450v AC
- سرعت موتور (دور در دقیقه) چرخش در دقیقه شفت در ولتاژ بار کامل
- برنامهبه عنوان مثال. کشش, تهویه مطبوع, و غیره.
- وظیفه اکثر موتورها دارای رتبه پیوسته هستند. اما برخی از برنامه ها ممکن است از موتورهایی استفاده کنند که برای کار متناوب طراحی شده اند
- پیکربندی/قاب محصولات ما مطابق با استاندارد IEC هستند, ما همچنین می توانیم فلنج و شفت را مطابق نقشه مشتری سفارشی کنیم
- عملکرد کنترلر به عنوان مثال. جلو/عقب, سرعت متغیر, مشخصات شتاب, و غیره.
