This high-precision stator and rotor assembly (model: VOL-WSRS60 9S) is exclusively engineered for BLDC fan motors, featuring optimized structural design and advanced manufacturing processes to match the high-efficiency, stable operation requirements of fan motor applications. It is an ideal core component for mass production of various BLDC fan motors, with outstanding compatibility and production efficiency.
All permanent magnets of the VOL-WSRS60 9S are manufactured in our own factory, which enables strict quality control from raw material production to finished product processing, ensuring the consistency and reliability of magnetic performance, and avoiding supply chain risks for your fan motor mass production. We provide both SPM and IPM rotors and matching components for this model; the two rotor types are precisely customized to ensure they meet the diverse application needs of BLDC fan motors in different working scenarios and performance requirements.
For the stator part, we adopt a professional single-tooth die design, and the copper wire winding is fully completed by advanced automatic winding equipment. ساخت موتور
Brushless dc motor also have the stator and rotor same like the common dc motor, اما براش ها را لغو می کند. استاتور مورد استفاده توسط ورق فولادی سیلیکونی و روتور توسط آهنربای دائمی ساخته می شود. می تواند باشد 2 قطب به 8 قطب ها همانطور که می خواهید. با موتور dc برس ها متفاوت است, کموتاسیون موتور BLDC به صورت الکترونیکی کنترل می شود.
