Regarding the item of VOL-WSRS130S, the engineer always uses this type to assemble the motor during motor designing. The stator is designed by single tooth mould, suitable for mass production with in-time delivery.
In an electric motor, the stator provides a rotating magnetic field that drives the rotating armature; in a generator, the stator converts the rotating magnetic field to electric current. In fluid powered devices, the stator guides the flow of fluid to or from the rotating part of the system.
As for the coil winding, we always use the automatic machine to finish the final coiling part. We could do the design and details as you request, and we always do them better, esp. for this special mode VOL-WSRS 130S.

ساخت موتور
Brushless dc motor also have the stator and rotor same like the common dc motor, اما براش ها را لغو می کند. استاتور مورد استفاده توسط ورق فولادی سیلیکونی و روتور توسط آهنربای دائمی ساخته می شود. می تواند باشد 2 قطب به 8 قطب ها همانطور که می خواهید. با موتور dc برس ها متفاوت است, کموتاسیون موتور BLDC به صورت الکترونیکی کنترل می شود.
