Product Description
The EC outer rotor motor is an integrated drive motor designed specifically for fan systems. It integrates the rotor into the motor housing, places the stator inside, and incorporates EC (Electronic Commutation) technology. The built-in EC control module replaces traditional mechanical commutation. It precisely controls current commutation through electronic components to drive the rotor (housing) and rotate the impeller, achieving stepless speed regulation and intelligent control.
Features
- Heat Dissipation Design: The rotating external rotor housing can directly dissipate heat from the motor interior. Its heat dissipation efficiency is 40% higher than that of internal rotor motors, avoiding performance degradation caused by high temperatures.
- Ultimate Energy Saving: Combined with EC technology and direct drive design, the motor efficiency reaches IE5 class (ultra-high efficiency level), saving 30%-60% more energy than traditional asynchronous motors. The energy-saving effect is particularly significant under low-load conditions.
- Low Noise and Stability: Without wear and vibration of transmission components, the operating noise is 5-15dB lower than that of traditional motor-fan combinations. The external rotor structure ensures more uniform force distribution, and the operating vibration value can be controlled below 2.8mm/s.
- Intelligent Controllability: It supports various control signals such as 0-10V, PWM, and RS485. It can automatically adjust the speed according to environmental parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure) to adapt to different working condition requirements.
