Product Description
Brushless DC motors do not have brushes, commutators and other vulnerable parts that are essential to brushed motors, which reduces failures caused by brush wear and sparks, and greatly reduces the frequency and difficulty of maintenance. This makes brushless DC motors more stable during operation and can work reliably in harsh environments, such as dusty and humid environments. BLDC motors use electronic commutation, which detects the rotor position through position sensors (such as Hall sensors), and the driver controls the on and off of the power tube to achieve current commutation. Compared with the mechanical commutation of brushed motors, electronic response is faster and more accurate, and can effectively avoid problems such as sparks, wear, and commutation dead zone caused by mechanical commutation.

- Duty: Most motors are rated continuous. Some applications however may use motors designed for intermittent duty
