With advanced coreless coils and superior brush performance, our brushed DC motor designs are highly efficient and an excellent choice for battery-powered applications. Volcano Electric also offers slotless brushless DC motor designs, which significantly reduce Joule losses, resulting in high efficiency in high-speed applications.

Volcano Electric engineers aim to optimize the motor’s torque output during the design phase. The key components that generate motor torque are the magnets, windings, and flux paths.
